The Unshakable Promise

But Scripture pulls us further back, far beyond our individual timelines, beyond human history itself, into the eternal counsel of God. There, we discover a breathtaking truth: our salvation was planned before time began. Salvation Promised Before the World Paul’s words in Titus 1:2 declare: “In hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the ages began.” This verse points us to a reality outside time. God promised eternal life not as a reaction to sin, but as part of His eternal purpose.
